It stands out from its big sister, Amermelade, due to its higher alcohol content, greater bitterness, and more discreet aromatic profile. Also, although similar in sugar and alcohol to its big brother Amernoir, Amer Amer is not only, as its name suggests, doubly bitter, it is also more designed for aperitif than as a digestif.
